I made my own curry from scratch! Usually i use a pre-mixed powder but Manfried got me a spice advent calendar so i set myself a challenge to use whatever surprise spice in dinner. Today was coriander seeds! So i made my own masala and put it over cauliflower and roast potato 😍 #ChefJay

Adventures in juicing! Had a couple wrinkly apples so I froze them, thawed them, split them and juiced them! The desire to do this to a lot of apples and make hard cider is looming

Next time I should core the apples and turn the flesh into freeze dried apple bites or apple leather #ChefJay

Added butter AND sugar to the interior and sesame to the exterior and I think we got 'em. The interior got a nice cave from the butter steaming out and gosh the sesame is a nice flavor #ChefJay
