I saw an article that said three tankers “have sheltered in the lee of Noumea”. A few things. They’re miles from the action and theres no need to shelter. They have slowed down but not stopped. The island is called Grand Terre, and they were actually on its windward side anyway!

Ocean Breeze 50748 DWT inbound from Pago Pago. Prime Port website says due in Timaru on 9/4. This is probably bound for the Tasman Fuels terminal. It is highly unlikely this tanker will deliver its full load to NZ.
