"The horn that grew out of its forehead was short and stubby - closer to a rhino's horn in size and shape - but, like the deer in the park at Meadwell, it looked to be covered with a velvety layer. It looked like it had evolved a single antler rather than a pair, and now that Kit had seen it, it did make sense as a species.

Yesterday was apparently National Unicorn Day so I’m a day late but here is my take on what they should look like.
