That dragon was literally the last carving I used the pin cushion method on.

I STILL remember how hard it was to identify ANYTHING on the face for instance. That was largely freehand.

I also got a signed print for this. It has been carved hundreds of times since I did it in 2003. By far my most successful pattern.
