A massive 3,500-square-foot, five-story mural created in July 2022 by Canadian artist Danaé Brissonnet covers the south side of The Rathskeller Pub building on State Street in downtown Binghamton. The colorful, carousel-themed artwork was funded by the iDistricts Murals and Mosaics Public Art Program and features a giant, vibrant carousel horse.
