Then, I just had Nightmare's tentacles because what not. Maybe it's his fault that Dream (who holds Cross's necklace) and Cross got separated ? Maybe Cross's head is in a bottle to represent he got badly injured, or that he is under NM influence? Who knows !!

For Shiv (Killer!Sans), clearly you can the jester inspirations. The colours palette is taken from Jevil.
And Glare (Murder!Sans) is dress in an Apocalypse inspired outfit.
Y/N was just put in cool looking clothes. The cloth in front of their torso is inspired by ribs, so that's that.
