The photo is looking nearly straight up at a wet rock face with rivlets of water falling. The perspective makes the rock look far, far smaller than the 108 meters it actually is. A greater volume of water is falling a little further to the left, partly visible at the top of the photo. The weather was grey, and the lens was wet, so it is hard to tell the water from the sky.
