For various reasons,I won’t bore you, this is my first run in 2 weeks. I went out determined to do 2 miles & kept going. I’m pleased with that & happy to be back out there. It’s so freeing to be back out in shorts & t-shirt in daylight 😎 Just finished week 1 of a therapist led exercise programme so my body is expectedly tired so am happy with this - no idea how I pulled a nearly 10min mile out the bag 😆 no wonder the rest felt tough. #RebelliousHope #BlueskyRunning
