naseem chaudhry is fundraising for Beit Lahia Medical Camp and Orphan School March 26  Thank you to everyone who donated to our Ramadan 26 Challenge.  The campaign has been extended as both projects are still in need of ongoing funds.  The medical camp still needs urgent donations to support the cost of running medical days, walk in service, malnutrition clinics, treat wounded , after care and provide free medications .  The orphan school needs donations to continue to provide education supplies, and snacks.  Highlights  All 55 orphan children passed the traditional entrance exams. Each child is supported with academic , traditional studies , fitness , well being and psychological therapy.  Thanks to the kindness and generosity of donors on and offline across our links all 55 orphan children were gifted the Eid Gift.  The children were enrolled in to the school health programme for malnutrition and medical checks.  The children offered sadaqah and recited surahs.  As well as the  walk in service for 400 famalies the camp saw and treated for free over 200 patients.  This included targeted medical days in paediactrics, neurology, general surgery and orthopaedics.  Malnutrition Clinics , Well being and advice and Emergency Surgery on site to remove shrapnel .  EMERGENCY GAZA APPEAL Medical Camp and Orphans School  Welcome to page for Dr Mahmoud who runs the free medical camp and free orphan school classroom in Beit Lahia North Gaza. Dr. Mahmoud Jihad Al-Hajj Ahmed is a general surgeon in Gaza. He has endured what no human should: the loss of all his family members. This did not stop him from turning his unimaginable grief into determination and preservation to support the local families with a free medical clinic and an orphan school education project. Both projects rely solely on donations.  NOTE: No charity or organisation is supporting or affiliated to this project.  Emergency Medical Clinic The medical clinic needs urgent donations to continue to remain open due scarcity of supplies, soaring costs and the continued need to perform urgent surgeries, treat diabetic wounds, remove shrapnel and run targeted clinic health service days.  400 families rely on and have benefited from the services of the free medical camp which was the first project.  Seeing orphaned children, their futures erased by war and poverty, unable to afford even the smallest school fee Dr Mahmoud opened the:- Orphaned Children’s Study Room and Development Center Project The Orphans school classroom opened on 31st January 2026 , we now support 55 orphans with ongoing equipment and educational needs. The orphans opened their books under the dedicated guidance of our teacher, Youssef Hamooda and team. Dr Mahmoud should be working in a hospital, the right of every surgeon but instead wakes to the sad reality of opening his tent entrance to a flow of patients in need of urgent free medical care.  Youssef Hamooda should be greeting the orphan children in a warm , well equipped school. This is where you come in:- Please stand by Dr. Mahmoud and  Youseff Hamooda and the Beit Lahiya Community.  Your donations are now a lifeline of support for both the free medical camp and free orphans school programme. Both projects are in severe need of urgent ongoing donations without which both projects are now at serious risk of closure.  Be the light in the darkness....
