Got the main menu, high scores, and asteroids done! Green asteroids reverse the orbit, and near misses grant bonus points.
I definitely need to tweak the asteroid spawning and near miss sensitivity, but that's most of the mechanics done!

Alright, decent progress, I think. I have scoring and score rings working (1 point per second, points increase faster the closer you are to the center. Game over if the player hits the center.)
