Eddie is very kind and empathetic so it’s hard to differentiate when he cares about someone more than usual. His crush will be well taken care of though. The moment they feel down or he notices something’s wrong he just pops up offering help.

After the death of a Recon 16 team member, Sgt. Davis issued an investigation into Mat’s actions but resigned shortly thereafter. The charges were dropped and Recon 16 was disbanded. Eddie requested Mat’s transfer to his squad- QRF-5.
