I realise the movie was supposed to be dark and Gothic with time limitations, but Lizzie's turn to murder appears to be explained by the abuse by her mother, and, like, every man she encountered inc. in the found family acting group cuz they were all sex predators? 😬

- he felt sorry for Lizzie's life story?
