These issues at #UniCanberra didn't appear from nowhere. They are the direct result of failures of leadership and governance, and now the ACT Audit Office has laid it out in detail.

Despite staff and @nteunion.bsky.social raising concerns, ETaG's botched conception, approval and implementation led directly to careers ending as well as damage to people and the university.
