FWIW the Florida Supreme Court is perfectly happy to sanction lawyers for criticizing judges, so who knows. papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....

Sorry but this is objectively funny
Mexico City is always celebratory!
lol will only have to wait until I actually join the faculty in July!
The manhattan was ok, but I hear you can get a decent one elsewhere in town lol. Hope we can bring you to Tulane for a talk sometime!
Thanks & same!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Drinking a manhattan in the Delta Lounge en route to Lexington, where I’ll be teaching my last week of classes at UK Law & packing up my office, before joining the faculty of Tulane Law. 🙏
Good morning from @brianlfrye.bsky.social amd me! Here he is performing in Times Square last night.
Had a great convo with @brianlfrye.bsky.social about my newly posted draft article Arts Tax Policy. Give it a listen. Let me know what you think.
I just posted Ipse Dixit #832, featuring @eotaxprof.bsky.social discussing his draft article "Arts Tax Policy: Democracy or Plutocracy?" I always enjoy talking to him about charity law! shows.acast.com/ipse-dixit/e...
So many spoilers. 😭
“Son of Air Bud”?
Very cool project!
Thanks!!! Glad you enjoyed it. Lots more available, all free.
Unfortunately, HLR rejected it. 😭 But then I failed to use the tactics I recommended in the article, so it’s my own damn fault. I ended up publishing in a “less prestigious” journal.
If AI can get me published in HLR, it can do anything.
I just posted the published version of my essay "HLR Agonistes," which uses the leaked Harvard Law Review memos to provide an AI-assisted guide on how to appeal to the preferences of the HLR editors. Perfect for your summer writing projects! papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....
I just posted Ipse Dixit #831, featuring
@danielschwarcz.bsky.social discussing his draft article "Artificial Intelligence and Human Legal Reasoning," co-authored with @nicholasbednar.bsky.social David Cleveland & Allan Erbsen.

This morning's podcast is out already! We discuss our proposed framework for fractional public ownership of AI -- an AI equity tax -- fielding the questions that need to be asked from @brianlfrye
Celebrate Tax Week with a new podcast on how to tax AI!
This is my second podcast on the topic and we’ve got a third one coming out next week. Lots of interest in our proposal to require systemically important AI firms pay a tax with stock, not cash.
We just saw them a couple days ago! Amazing. But glad we had earplugs.
I just posted Ipse Dixit #830, featuring @bearerfriend.bsky.social @gwlaw.bsky.social & @polcz.bsky.social @ucdavislaw.bsky.social discussing their article "Sharing the Algorithm: The Tax Solution to Generative AI." shows.acast.com/ipse-dixit/e...
This was in fact my first rodeo.
Awesome. Summer is good for me.
You are always welcome!!!
Likewise!
Delighted to be quoted in this article about the increasingly absurd US News law school rankings. Looking forward to releasing our new synthetic prestige ranking. www.law.com/2026/04/06/y...
Aw jeez.
