I just found Sprague soup at voila.ca!

I weaned myself off unhealthy Campbell's soups years ago in favour of making fresh, but never perfected making lentil or minestrone.

I can't wait to try Sprague's organic lentil soup and minestrone this weekend.

When I did my weekly grocery shopping last week I specifically chose Sobey’s because they carry a soup my local Superstore does not, the Canadian made Sprague. I found 3 flavours, but decided not to buy because they were labeled as being over $6 a can. Just looked at Walmart’s site, $2.47.

Continued adventures in supporting Canadian businesses, I got some soup from Sprague.

I actually think it's deeper than that. We bought American products out of habit. Campbell Soup for example. I wouldn't have considered Sprague Soups if it wasn't for the boycott, I would never have had a 2nd look at it, now I kick myself for not trying it before.

It's the best canned soup money can buy!

Costco sells Sprague Organic Lentil soup. Delicious.

The soup tasted delicious but it looks like it was regurgitated, if that sort of thing matters to you.

I recently tried both Sprague beans and Sprague soup. Both were tasty, competitively priced, and had lots of options to choose from. 15/10. Will buy again.

Sprague also produces baked beans which are sold at Giant Tiger (also a Canadian company).

Sprague is a great company here in ON. Love their campfire beans too.

Sprague, a Canadian owned and operated business, has some campfire beans made with pure maple syrup. They also have a Canadian whisky variety if that’s your fancy. I’ve tried both and they are delish! 🍁🫘

I think so too. I try to avoid Walmart but I'm pleased they're finding Canadian made where I live - I picked up Sprague chili, black beans and borsht, Canada Red spaghetti sauce, store brand apple sauce made in Canada, and live lettuce from AB on Friday.

Found - smallish selection of Sprague Soup, no beans at Giant Tiger Etobicoke Tried the Tuscany Minestrone 😍 stocked up on Quebec style pea soup; minestrone; Coconut Curry Sweet Potato soup.

Me too. I realized so many things I was already buying are Canadian. But, I have also discovered some new items that I knew nothing about, like Sprague Campfire beans…so good.
