Yay. Still a live favourite.
First time I saw SFA was at the Royal Festival hall in London which is more of a classical venue but they had us rocking in the comfortable seats haha
First time I saw the delgados was actually supporting the wedding present in(I think) 1996. They were top notch. Saw Emma playing a very small venue in Durham a few years ago too and still got it.
Hi sorry I’ve just seen this. Yes though I think only saw Prolapse play TTIMS since they reformed. Uncomfortable viewing… Flex was always a highlight back in the old days.
Quickspace (super sport as they were when I first saw them) were great - Tom C was ex-faith healers who were another great band
Have you heard the Bongwater cover version? It’s pretty cool too
Gutted I won’t.
Cool lineup.Gruff Rhys is always brilliant life. Can’t make that either, but when you are playing the 30th anniversary of BackSaturday, I’ll be first in the queue for tickets.
There will be family representation as I know my wife Kathryn (you met her in Oslo if you remember) will be there. Kids will be dragged along too so they get to understand what proper music is.
Dubai. There’s a good boozer down the road from me that puts on gigs but I guess it is a fair way to travel…
You say another…am I being daft but what are the others?
Gutted that you are playing my manor but I will be away. Any warm up gigs?
Sorry Chairman
Groucho Marx and Bruce Forsyth
You and the captain both
HEY, BOBBY TERRY, YOU SCROOOOWED IT UP!
Cool whispering gallery
It’s ruled from the part of the body that is furthest forward and you can score with.
GD seemed to get a free pass in a few back in the day. Other Blier films problematic in retrospect too.
Top quality footage of Cricklewood Broadway too.
Digsy’s dinner
I think the coffee machine on (I think) the Heart of Gold best exemplifies this.
But surely they were plastic pals who were fun to be with…
A cheer went up across the land.
Went to Uxbridge once. Never again.
She doesn’t have the wherewithal.
Who has a sandwich for breakfast?
Massive attack for me.
I blame Neighbours.
