Should potholing be banned?
You'll only drive it underground.
I can't stop thinking about how right this is. Like when I was looking through each picture I wasn't just thinking "that feels right" but more "yes I know." As if I was remembering each one as I saw them
I love how it kind of implies that the real world 90s Columbo wasn't in the main canon, like a Never Say Never Again situation
You're lucky if that's all you ended up with. Often, especially with cans, you get a bang and then a freezer full of beer slush
Btw this is the first time I've been tempted to repost every single part of a thread. His explanations for each one are BRILLIANT. Read the whole thing
we all know I have no life, so:
Definitely. Nobody's writing a review on TripAdvisor saying the hotel had "victorian plumbing" and meaning it as a compliment
Everyone involved in Genghis Khan's funeral was killed by soldiers, who were then killed elsewhere, then those soldiers killed themselves in a third location, just to make sure the location was forgotten. They could have just done the funeral while putting a lucozade in the freezer
Induce guaranteed amnesia by putting a drink in the freezer just for a few minutes to cool down
Proper behaviour
Oh wow there was a time when people actually checked barometers. Always kind of assumed they were just part of grandparents' compulsory wall furniture, like horse brasses
Classic holiday scrape from the Pepto Bismol diarrhea man

Came here to say the same thing - it looks like Brazil-sky is where it's at. Big time
I think it looks great. Like bright highlights around my face. My experience: it took "a year to the ear" ie the grow-out took a year to hang around my ears. In less than two years I cut off the dye and had a nice bob
For anyone who might be in the same boat: deciding to grow out the hair dye and embrace my grey areas a couple of years ago is a decision I do not regret
Oo, mix of both - the active memory holds the picture.
I can't win the game though; I keep getting stalemate
Hello Richard, it's been ages!
Ha ha, well it was a nice lamp
A conjoined banana.
Two bananas inside the same skin.
Double banana! First time ever!
Hmm, the BBC article conspicuously doesn't say where the bomb came from. A shame as it would be a useful educational opportunity, to explain what was happening at the time

Relationship type options: French Open, Hard Court, You Cannot Be Serious
Ceilidhs are brilliant
First thing I thought when I read the guy's profile. Strong swipe left
Nice lumbar support but the white cushions really showed stains
I'm really contorting my brain to put myself in the headspace of someone who would respond positively to that, and I can only imagine an ultra competitive woman who left her previous boyfriend because he walked too slowly
Weirdly I've never seen that! Are you sure you've not toggled the "all tennis fans" option? I'm hoping their profiles are full of tennis puns like "looking for love (tennis term), hope it's a (game set and) match!, let's (Margaret) Court!"
This is why I'm often very cautious about people who want me to be outdoorsy. They rarely take real joy in it. A masochistic slog, like the countryside is an outdoor gym, or they're on some sort of military exercise.
Like even if it weren't for the recent news stories, I think that requirement would still rub me up the wrong way. I'm imagining him looking at his Strava stats and telling me to hurry up while I'm looking at the view from Helvellyn
Honestly saw this seconds after swiping left on a man's hinge profile after reading: "looking for someone who has stamina on hikes"
