Om då domen inte blir samma så ser det fult ut. Om det blir samma utfall så har vi nog skapat en ond cirkel av juridisk journalisttennis som inte bidrar med nått.

Men hon är ju inte journalist men det kanske finns vissa likheter.

Problemet är att en journalist sitter på kåken från enda sidan av det politiska spektret. Domen bygger på citat av öppen handling. Har aldrig gjorts tidigare. Andra sidan kommer nu naturligtvis hämnas så fort de får möjlighet.

Sometimes you have to defend people you do not agree with, or even like. If they have done no wrong, they are innocent, even if they are not good people. If you can speak up you have to.

Även om man inte gillar saker som Mats skriver så är det fel. Samma metod kan användas mot andra journalister.

Be pragmatic, you avoid looking stupid for being dogmatic.

Den enda jag känner till som sitter i fängelse för sin åsikt i Sverige är en vit man. Mats Dagerlind sitter inne efter att ha refererat innehållet i en dom (offentlig handling) i en artikel.
