My mom went through a “tofu health” phase that traumatized me when I was a teen. Turns out I love tofu but it took me years to figure that out after eating it prepared correctly and learning to cook it correctly I now love tofu! But the tofu lasagna and tofu chocolate chip cookies were SO bad

I would like to say the white people health food trend of substituting one ingredient for another for no reason other than spurious shaming of the first ingredient. Thanks
