Whatever your better expectation for tomorrow is I hope that's the one they run with.
I've been referred to the Dermatology Dept. for next Tuesday. Thats quick but I've no idea what to expect then either. GP said 'Thing' will need cutting out but will it happen then? I've no idea.

It's a GP appointment on Wednesday. I'm hoping any referrals and removal can move extremely rapidly after that.
I see a GP on Wednesday. I sent a photo last Wednesday, so a week to get an appointment was not too bad these days, I guess. Hoping, after that, things can move very rapidly. I think it's obvious what it is, malignent melanoma.
Morning, and as I'm up before pm., it is.
'Thing' on the chest has rapidly gone to crusty red, black and white. Quite tight throat nauseatingly worried about that.
Hope the nurse - with students - visit passes as smoothly as possible for you.
Glad you got some painkillers at last. Explains the sleep, I guess.
A mole on my chest has decided to erupt. Right under my neck, not the most noticable place until it got really angry. Looks horrible now but hoping I still found it in time. Doctors in a week.
Wishing you an evening too.
On the border tipping into didn't. Currently binge watching one of those epically long Chinese historical dramas. It's not helping the motivation to actually do anything though.
I'm not a connysewer of any of this. Is it hot and brown? covers it.
I used to only very rarely drink coffee anyway, until last year when I got a moka pot, so reverting back to a tea bag in a mug should be ok. Also, a darn sight cheaper.
Until, whenever it was last year, I found a moka pot in the hospice shop I was by far a tea drinker anyway. Drinking the equivalent of 6 expressos as the morning cuppa can't be good for me. Expensive too. A tea bag in a mug will do.
Unsure atm. Day 001 of not drinking coffee.
It is not far above freezing, but sopping damp. The slugs are out for whatever slugs do, in January.
I guess I was thinking of the Latin Catholic World. Italy, Spain and through to S. America. Feasts and presents. I have an exuberant Mexican Aunt and an ex. was Filipino where this stuff still matters.
Epiphany. Rather an important day in the Catholic world, possibly, once upon a time, more so than actual Christmas day. Then... marketing came along.
Best wishes for tomorrow.
Nice to have a decent restaurant on hand that delivers. The only known really decent local is an eat in only.
A £20 off 'posh' Ocado voucher meant that I could include the entirely unnecessary two bottles of hopefully nice organic ginger beer in an order, also done.
Aft'noon. It's been a bright day here too so at least we're both under that weather.
Some Sunday housework done and some dough proving. Standby curry from the freezer is thawing out as I can't be arsed to do otherwise at this time.
Have a good evening.
Evening. It's freezing up here and will be in the minus for at least a week they say. There's even a -9℃ in the forecast. Already blown the weeks energy budget with two days to go, sigh.
Have a good evening.
Happy New Year! Claire.
The days before we found out DA really were quite nasty pieces of work.
I don't think Asia has much of a moral filter. Plenty of videos out there of junior kids dancing in public, even school festivals, to American gangsta mutherfucker fuck bitch music. Quite weird.
Wishing you, and all, a happy new year.
Hi! Judy @judetheconfused.bsky.social
It seems you got up around the same time as me. Crap, isn't it.
Managed to feed the birds and sort laundry off the line before it got pitch black and began to freeze. That's about it.
Korea, Japan, and China have recently been obsessed with dance shorts to 2014 Die Antwoods 'Pitbull Terrier, huh?
Wishing you a Happy Christmas Eve too, Claire.
I bought bread in for the first time in ages, I'm afraid. A great big thing loaded and covered in seeds. I will attempt some white crusty rolls later though. Got cheeses.
Aft'noon. I trust you had a good evening out with your boys.
The Llangollen Canal breach then. Not the worst canal to be stuck on for a while by any stretch, if one had to pick.
Some treats have been procured, mostly cheese, chocs, and booze.
My kettle has died.
Merry Christmas.
I'd give Farscape maybe 7/10. The main storyline is great but too many sidetrack filler episodes get in the way. A good budget and production with mostly good acting helps. It is 25 years old now though. It was impressive then but I only saw bits and bobs of it at the time due to work.
Aft'noon. I hope you succeed in your day. Sorry to read about your diagnosis.
Absolutely nothing going on here, more's the pity. Enthusiasm has left the building. I have binge watched Farscape.
Aft'noon. Fingers crossed for you.
Apologies for the AWOL.
Well, there's another bit of good news. Perhaps the heating can go on now with a little less worry.
Afternoon all. I was eventually driven out of bed by a pair of screeching angry parakeets over empty feeders. That was a while ago now but still disappointingly late.
I guess the slow wheels of bureaucracy need to turn a bit before you find out the results of yesterdays tribunal. Good luck.
Three great tits and a blue tit during a sparrow lull on the feeders on Sunday. I can hear the blue tit chattering away in the lilac now. It needs a mate.
Morning. It's 6℃ here too, thankfully on the plus side. A brief respite from the freeze.
Still struggling with that body clock, 0830 is no good.
Good to read that Marmite appears well again. Happy proofreading.
