I built a NBA Playoffs dashboard to show how often a team wins a series given a series record (like 3-1, 1-2, 0-2, etc.)

My 6-year-old son saw Nate Burleson on TV and thought it was Jack Skellington.
I’m sorry, Lions. You lost because you were my #1 preferred Super Bowl winner.
The White Sox have 7 prospects in the top 101. And potentially more to come if they trade Luis Robert.
Of course, a new owner would be more helpful.
Am I the only one who thinks it’s weird Eli has his dad in his phone as “ARCHIE MANNING” instead of just as “Dad”?
Now … explain why their tortilla chips have the same problem(s).
Maverik is coming to my area soon (replacing the awfully named Kum & Go). I’m safe for now, but I’m not sure about 2026.
My 10-year-old decided to give up soda for 2025 and wanted my wife and I to join, so we did.
So far, I’m doing fine. But when the summer gas station fountain drink deals start, I don’t know.
That is actually a really good point. It has become less of a distraction for me.
I’m sad to say I still periodically check in on Twitter when I’m wanting to follow news stories. There is just not enough here yet. I hope it gets there, but I’m skeptical.
I really miss the conversations from Twitter. But I hated the negativity, the porn bots, the overall changes to it.
I want to stay on Bluesky, but I’m just not seeing much activity here.
Then I check in on Twitter thinking I’ll go back there, and the moment it opens I immediately see all kinds of negativity and fighting.
Honestly, I’m not sure what I’ll do at this point.

“Siri, what does irrational confidence look like?”
I can’t emphasize this enough, I’m ok with this.
The Dolphins have *a lot* of money tied up in a handful of players. As long as they don’t just cut him and are able to get a Day 2 draft pick for him, I think this a win for Miami.
She didn’t inspire 74,749,891 Americans.
Some of us in that number were forced to plug our nose and vote for her because we didn’t like the alternative and there was no primary election.
No top-four teams advance, despite their first-round byes. Makes me wonder how quickly they’ll expand to 16, because…
1. Those top teams aren’t getting any 1st-round home game revenue
2. They might be a little rusty after 5 weeks off
That’s got “Hello, Mr. Thompson” written all over it
Sometimes I just think … I mean, would it have killed them to use a different color scheme in this particular case?
Full gym this morning … weird.
Air travel with a family of 7 feels so much harder than it did with 6.
Ugh … those blackout rules prevent me from watching Nuggets, Thunder, and Timberwolves games in Omaha. The worst.
I keep watching ESPN, looking for coverage on my fantasy football championship, but all they keep talking about is how brave my opponent was for not opting out of the game. 🤷🏼♂️
My hot take is that the 2021 Phoenix Suns should have tried harder to stop Giannis and win the NBA Finals.
And then there is another narrative about how the committee needs to learn from these first-round results…
Nope! This is what is going to happen with expansion. Period.
The regular season competition is more fun, but there are going to be more blowouts in the actual CFP.
Additionally, the most recent CHAMPIONSHIP games haven’t been particularly competitive. Why would these games be better?
It’s fascinating that people seem to have thought expanding the college football was supposed to make the actual playoff games more competitive.
Why would #12 vs #5 be more competitive than #4 vs #1?
