Finally got RGB and YUV 444 texture encoding working in OBS with NVIDIA NVENC (H.264 and HEVC) and Intel QuickSync (HEVC), but not AMD AMF because their driver doesn't support DXGI_FORMAT_AYUV for textures 🙃
