Timelines
• Every effort is being made to accelerate this work, and timelines are based on currently available information 
• Now to six weeks: 
o Single car service continues
o CBA replacements and installation of condition monitoring begins 
o Gradual increase of available Line 1 vehicles depending on results from CBA technical analysis and 
replacements
• Minimum six to eight weeks: 
o Ongoing gradual increase of available Line 1 vehicles depending on results from condition monitoring pilot 
program
o First phase of condition monitoring installed and tested
o Anticipate CBA replacements may make it possible for full Line 1 capacity to be restored by the end of 
May
• Minimum two to five months:
o Condition monitoring installed on all Line 1 vehicles 
• East Extension timing is continuously being evaluated based on increasing vehicle availab

If they are roadworthy or can be refurbished, they are being kept.
But there are some that need to be retired / cost of ongoing maintenance is too high.
