Your sensitive personal information should not be mined for profit. To protect our privacy, safety, access to abortion and other essential health care, Massachusetts needs to pass a strong, enforceable privacy law.

Quote from Governor Maura Healey: I’ll never back down on your right to make your own healthcare decisions.
Tonight in her State of the Commonwealth address, Governor Healey affirmed it: here in Massachusetts, reproductive health care is a right, not a privilege.
Donald Trump and his allies are trying to force Planned Parenthood health centers to shut their doors, but we refuse to let that happen.
Fact: Massachusetts has protected gender-affirming care at a time when 20+ states are banning this care for young people.
President Trump and his allies are attempting to eliminate gender-affirming care by cutting federal funding, which threatens lives. However, gender-affirming care remains legal and protected in Massachusetts, and services continue at @pplm.org. Learn more at pplm.org.
We affirm for PP’s trans & gender-expansive patients, staff, & community across MA that trans women are women & they deserve to be safe.
As we honor those lost to anti-trans violence, we urge leaders & allies to support & affirm trans people. The future of our community depends on it.
We showed up at the State House for the H.1991 hearing, Rep. Shand’s bill on youth abortion access. The message: abortion is health care, & courts don’t belong in clinical decisions.
Shoutout to Sen. Edwards & Rep. Fluker-Reid, the 1st time the Judiciary Committee was chaired by 2 Black women.

In 2025, over 60 bans or restrictions on trans health care were introduced. But, Planned Parenthood health centers continue to welcome trans & nonbinary patients, ensuring their gender identities are acknowledged and respected. We are committed to creating a supportive environment for all patients.

Yesterday, a federal court allowed the law that 'defunds' Planned Parenthood to go into effect meaning Medicaid patients (MassHealth & Medicaid Managed plans) cannot use their coverage at PPLM right now for anything BUT abortion care.
