I think he put too much trust in the players. The system was probably enough to win all those games but the application by the players was what was missing. He probably thought they'd show up, and they probably told him as much. But these psychology things need a push. Im just guessing.

#NUFC bollocks
By the way any little online spat over Howe or #NUFC in general means nothing to how I might think of or appreciate any of you as cool human beans.
Sometimes it can get a little spicy and easy to forget that but it's all in good humour to me.
There's much worse to be really angry about 🫶
Yeah, but wouldn't you train your starting defence against your starting attack sometimes? These updates were from some guy who can see the training from his window so I presume he has more context than just these pics
Ok 😁
They way they are messing this, theyre gonna loose some standing with the plastics and if their revenues suffer similarily its gonna take another russian sugar daddy to bail them out of a real decline
No, just an observation. I'm on the fence, but posting more Eddie-positive stuff i think in reaction to the general Eddie-negative vibe
We've also had more possession than usual (coz folks know to use a low block against us) thats why this metric doesn't tell us why we're shit (we are shit, fo sho)
I dont have favourites Amy but if I did you'd be right up there 🖤🤍🫶
We've had a lot more possession this season, and lot of low blocks faced which is why theres less tackles IMO. Dont get me wrong, we're bad. But its not this metric in particular that tells us anything.
Their finances are in tatters and no ucl is gonna screw them even further
The other 4 teams in the bottom 5 for tackles are all high in the table so it's clearly not an important metric for success
Pivas does? I knew Sami and Shahar did, but not Pivas. Good for him.
Yeah absolutely. Think Shahar training with them too, but as Tino is out that makes sense.
Even if he isnt seeing the chat on SM about him, he knows he needs to take action. some of that is bollocking the players, but some is changing the system to give them an excuse to believe theyll get result

Can't read anything into this crap really but think thats Pivas training with the 1st team #NUFC
Stop i can't possibly roll my eyes any further
Could be. Reckon top players gonna buy in to his methods if they see results tho. As with so much of this, it's just guesswork until we actually see it for real
Yeah, absolutely. Really hope the cycle of football is gonna take us back to having ballers and magicians again
Maybe confidence in his body and a good pre season will see him back to confident on the pitch. Id love to see it
Just seen someone citing the Chelsea board as beinh good strong leaders because they fired their manager and the #NUFC board haven't fired Howe
