Yep, low iron seems to be at the bottom of a long list of likely causes of lethargy!
Yeah it's amazing how low iron levels can make you feel awful. I've been there a couple of times but thankfully the tablets worked for me. Fingers crossed you feel so much better after the infusion.
Damn! Can you get an iron infusion?
