true i guess caffeine is also something i take, so that an alcohol on my side, everybody does sobriety at their own pace and that's something to be proud of

it might not seem like a big deal but after almost 10 years of smoking cigarettes and weed, quitting like a month at a time then starting again, its a huge achievement and i will take my wins where i can.

i am very prone to fall into addiction so ill pat myself in the back for this one.

one year of sobriety from smoking and doing anything else that isn't alcohol.

by the time i started i was smoking cigs and weed everyday, the moment i almost fell back into taking benzos was the moment i decided i needed to quit.
