We are devolved.
For the time being Streetings attacks on the disabled won’t affect this.
However, it WILL affect our block grant next time if they win with those cuts.
#Scottishindependence means WM won’t affect us at all in the future with any budget cuts

If, 30 odd years ago you'd bottled up the shite that killed the original spirit of the Glastonbury festival, then splattered it all over the Tor here and now, it would look like this.

A fucking abomination to the spirit of the Stonehenge and Glastonbury festivals.

Fuck this shit.

I had a stroke in 2020 which left me with lifelong disabilities. After a long fight I eventually got PIP. Yet someone who has a stroke in 2026 and ends up as disabled as me may not be eligible for PIP. That's unfair, injust & will be a permanent stain on the record of any MP who votes for it.

If thousands of us stand up and say "I support #PalestineAction", what is the government going to do? Lock us all up for "terrorism" offences?
This is where we show them how solidarity works.

We were repeatedly told that the notion Boris Johnson could become prime minister was nonsense.

Let us learn from this very real lesson. Let us take seriously the fact there is a very real and credible possibility that Nigel Farage could enter Downing Street.

If the SNP had been given the same amount of BBC and media coverage that Farage has had over the last 15 years Scotland would have won independence years ag . . . ah, I get it.

The government was wrong to cut winter fuel payments.

It was wrong to keep the 2-child benefit cap.

It was wrong to slash disability benefits.

Pushing people into poverty is the wrong thing to do. The right thing to do is redistribute wealth and power so that everyone can live in dignity.

Welfare reform: List of Labour MPs prepared to rebel against benefit changes - LabourList More than 20 Labour MPs have said publicly that they will not back the government when proposed welfare reforms are voted on in Parliament.

List of potential rebel Labour MP's who may vote against the government's pernicious attack on Social Security claimants.(I choose those words very carefully)
Only one of them is from Scotland, So what we have here is Scottish poodles doing their master's bidding.

Richard Murphy: How Rachel Reeves just proved she's one of worst UK chancellors ever I AM, by nature, an optimist. I try, if I can, to find the good in things because that, I think, helps my mental health.

This is damning for Rachel from accounts from someone who knows what he’s talking about 👌

What does Scotland get for its circa billion plus contribution ?
Apart from a much bigger “Scottish apportioned share “ of the U.K. deficit in the discredited Gers statistics. Yet we can't get roads like the A9 & A96 dualled. I'm sure if we stopped paying for English vanity projects we would.

Further welfare cuts expected as Rachel Reeves prepares to deliver spring statement – UK politics live Keir Starmer will face Kemi Badenoch at PMQs before the chancellor delivers her spring statement

"Choosing to make cut after cut to the poorest and most marginalised, while leaving......the extreme wealth of the super rich untouched, is immoral, harmful, and will not deliver for our communities or the economy"

Mske no mistake, this is a deliberate choice

Negligently disclosing national defense information is illegal — and it doesn't have to be classified The Espionage Act, the law that often has been used in criminal cases involving leaks or mishandling of classified information, contains a provision making it

NBC News: The Espionage Act contains a provision making it crime to disclose national defense secrets "through gross negligence."

The law does not require info be classified, because it was written before the classification system existed. The law refers simply to "national defense information."
