And 6 Elixirs I will never ever use, because what if I need them later?

Your wagon had too much boring and not enough burning. You have lost 2 Wagon Axles, 1 Wagon Wheel, 45 Bullets, 600 pounds of food, and a whole bunch of Espers.

Y’know, there’s… elements… of that adventure that’d go a long way towards explaining the state of our government…
A room for a man deeply insecure about the quality of his balls.
And the storm that morning put on quite a show, no doubt, but it wasn’t exactly The Storm Of the Century, so it’s not like we’re just at the back of a lengthy repair queue (which wouldn’t square with their claim of only learning about our outage today anyway)
Like, I get that people aren’t gonna rush to call the instant the lights go out, but… c’mon. Am I really supposed to believe a double-digit (and not by a little!) number of households ALL sat there in the dark for two full days before they had ANY indication something was wrong?!
Still without power. Company site says it should be back up within the hour… but they also claim it was ‘first reported’ around noon today, so I’m skeptical of their reliability.

Ugh. Car in today for what I was hoping would just be an oil change. But it was giving me ominous vibes, and, yeah… transmission stuff. Ugh. Though, it did inspire this amusing imagined version of the conversation:
Me: “So what’s the problem?”
Mechanic: “Defective tranny”
Me: “I meant with my car”
Also, like isn’t that kind of “bundling” what got Microsoft in so much hot water back in the 90’s? (Y’know, back when we actually made an effort to restrain corporations from engaging in anticompetitive practices…)
“Hey, did you find someone to do the interview with Clavicula yet?”
“Sure did, boss! Real fucken sexy, just like you asked!”
“…perfect”
I have no new Aragorn. I need no new Aragorn.

Yeah… I’d imagine “I loved you in Mrs Doubtfire!” would be… less than effective… as a pickup line.
Feeling utterly powerless right now…
…not because of depression. Our house literally has no electricity. A storm must’ve knocked out a transformer or something this morning. I literally have no power.
Very true—a deck wanting to drop Phyrexian Obliterator and then get it back with Cruel Ultimatum will see a marked difference with all basics, vs with duals, fetches, fetchable duals, and/or filters. (I consistently hit four and seven, largely on the back of the Lorwyn filters, and yes, I’m evil) 😈
(Shoulda said “that movie”, to clarify that I was intentionally invoking a different film, and not confusing RP1 and the Matrix… oh well)
Even the right-wing incels understood that the Red Pill was the right decision—they just got literally everything else about the movie bass-ackwards.
Also, at some point, my autocorrect decided that “raven” should always be capitalized, so I have to manually correct it when talking about the bird. I’m… not displeased with this.😆🐦⬛
I mean, I’m a huge #Paizo fangirl to begin with, AND I took my name from the Poe poem—a bird heavily associated with ominous portents. Heck, one my favorite board games, Betrayal At the House On the Hill, literally uses a raven to designate its portentous Omen cards. So, uh, yeah. Right up my alley.
GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas soundtracks were 🔥🔥🔥
(The latter weren’t “new” music of course, but a lot of it was new to me personally)

Skill issue—I’m verbose by nature, but I can tighten up my wording like nobody’s business to get under the limit.
(I kid, of course—I find 300 is a nice balance of “long enough to get my point across” and “short enough to challenge me to self-edit”—but yeah, a few +100s wouldn’t go amiss now and th
So, including the musician, this would be a “Seven-Headed Beast”? Are you secretly a herald of the apocalypse?
“Goldfish”, in Magic: the Gathering, is a hypothetical opponent who does absolutely nothing. “Goldfishing” refers to how quickly a deck can consistently win against such an opponent, an important baseline for decks seeking to win quickly, either with an early onslaught or by assembling a combo.
