Anything helps. I can’t work for really really cheap but I can do good work on a sliding scale. I hope you’ll consider hiring me! I’m reliable, I have a decent turn around and I’m self sufficient.
Despite my health I haven’t let that get in the way. A like, a share, a comment, goes a long way.
No matter what life has thrown at me, I’ve kept going, and I’m not going to give up now.
I’ve studied, trained, practiced and played as hard as I can. I’ve tried to let these things soften my heart and not harden it to the world outside- but I’m scared and I’m worried.
But I haven’t given up.
I have permanent brain damage as a result, but I’m doing very well and recovering better than they thought I would. It was there for nine years and I didn’t know.
I’m feeling a lot better but I may need a bone transplant next month because of the surgeon messing up my jaw. I find out Thursday.
I’m tired, and I’m doing my best, I’m trying to keep everything going and not lose hope.
Having brain surgery a few months ago really helped and I’m doing much better. My migraines were not migraines. I had a complex neuroma a cm into my cerebellum.
Unfortunately there is long term damage.
I’m not here to ask for donations. I want to work for my keep both honestly and professionally. I’m good at what I do and I love it.
I don’t think there’s any force on earth that could make me give this up. Even if people create unsafe places or I’m accused of being something I’m not, I’m here.
I’m physically disabled but I’m okay at home because music is a desk job. I sustained a serious back injury and surgery to fix it a few years ago - but I can’t be on my feet for more than four hours at a time. My pain is managed around the clock just so I can walk and live normally.
I’ve had some recent issues with bullying, harassment, threats to my life and of physical violence online, and it’s made me feel less safe and post less often.
The climate we live in just isn’t safe for people like me. The worst part is that some of it is from other “professionals”.
The corrective surgeries to save my jaw have been really rough. I have help for bigger procedures but not for rent or food or other expenses.
I don’t live lavishly. I work hard at every project that I get.
I’m a trans man which has complicated not only my medical care but jobs available to me.
TLDR;
Last year a surgeon messed up a surgery real bad, lied about it, I kept going back and by the time they caught it (after telling me nothing was wrong) and I went to someone for a second opinion… the damage was done.
I had a bone infection that nearly killed me and no legal recourse.

Sorry for quiet fam
I’ve developed post surgery complications for the neurosurgery I had a couple of months ago. I’m in stable condition and on antibiotics, nerve pain medication and pain killers around the clock.
I’m tired but doing alright. How’s everyone been?
