to do this yourself on windows (i don't have a mac), go to Studio 2.0/PhotoRealisticRenderer/win/64/settings.xml and do a ctrl-f for "solid-dark blue"
then where it says "<color name="RGB" value=" replace the numbers with "0.032352941175 0.08372549 0.234117647"

did some fiddling with studio's render settings to make metru blue slightly less dark, so here's a redo of a render i think i already posted (+ a comparison with the toa of water)
