Here is a preview of November. Let’s hope our elected officials can counter-act his official corruption.

His incompetence and yes, unwarranted arrogance on display for the whole world to see. He's his own worst enemy. Diplomacy is dead if you keep posting threats before and during negotiations. And not one of his minion is willing to stop him. 🙄

Earth Day is a great reminder that small choices add up. These Jefferson Houston seventh graders cycled off-campus today, enjoying fresh air, community, and safe streets in action. Here’s to pedestrian and bike infrastructure that makes sustainability a lived experience. 🚲🚲🚲

Important historical and critical perspective here on AV hype. Disappointed about the sponsor/bill in Springfield but hope others can see the problems with Waymo claims and the massive induced demand (increased vehicle travel) robotaxis are almost certain to trigger.

An actual data driven freedom to drive initiative would double down on modes other than driving and congestion pricing. Fewer cars on the road in cities means it’s easier to drive when it’s necessary.

Uptown is Gotham? The only violence my family encounters in Uptown is traffic violence.

Yes, there are visible issues with homelessness and addiction, but that’s a citywide challenge, not unique to Uptown. The people dealing with those struggles rarely interact with my kids or me.

Doesn’t even have to be car free- it can be car lite. But only if our leaders have some vision and courage. *coughs at Wu*

Another satisfied customer!

Great thread of bikeways, some old, some new, but fitting together (almost seamlessly, a couple gaps in here) into a cohesive and useful network.

Great cycling infrastructure makes for great pedestrian infrastructure.

Minneapolis and St. Paul need more mixed use development, and should pedestrianize 30% of the streets.

If we did that we'd be elite.

But Democrats love cars too much to make this a reality.

As a child I thought a concession stand was a place to get popcorn and nachos. As an adult I know a concession stand is when Hakeem and Chuck make a speech.

Reading the FT front page story about a Chinese company introducing a battery with a 1500 km range & six minute recharging time & about how two Chinese companies own more than half of the global EV battery market & I am struck by the different realities the US and China occupy. We’ve lost the plot.

This is Bill , 80

He’s contributing his wife’s recipe for relish ( in the 3 jars) to the Canberra Senior’s Centre “ memorable recipes “ book to be released at the end of the year

She “left” a decade ago but ensured Bill learnt the recipe(and others) so he wouldn’t “starve” after she passed

How could we fight a War With CHINA? If Iran 8 weeks war used 1/3 + of missiles? Dumb Bombs? How many dumb Bombs does a F35 carry? Because CHINA will Shoot Down any B-52s etc. We build 4-5 ships a yr. China a builds 1000 ships a yr.

The US didn’t “extend a ceasefire” out of strength. It’s running low on missiles. Nearly half of key munitions are depleted after the Iran war, exposing how quickly imperial wars drain even the most powerful military.

Like my new sticker?

Runs on Aussie sunshine ☀️

No fuel stops. No price shocks. Just charge at home and drive.

This isn’t a drivetrain swap, it’s a system flip. From imported oil to rooftop energy.

Once the fleet scales, the economics break fast.

Cost always wins. #Bettrification

"They went door-to-door to tell their neighbors what the city had not told them: The data center would use twice as much electricity as all of Monterey Park."

The city’s notification in English reached only 40 people living within 500 feet. Activists worked in English, Chinese, Spanish & more!
