I had to experiment a lot with different combos and a lot of them made me feel worse but lately I have found something that works!
I have been on a mental health journey over the past year, getting into emdr to help with ptsd and I finally think I found a combo of meds that will help me finish my art without constantly deleting it ahah (seriously though my ocd and adhd are finally chilling out!)
I keep forgetting I exist on here. I don't have any other social media so I barely get the urge to post nowadays
