I am not surprised by any of the kind of … poignancy a lot of people are finding in the Artemis II story. To me, it’s like talking to someone you love who you almost never get to see anymore. This is the kind of story I miss when every day makes me despair. How many more will we have?

Immersive and fun, set in a crumbling island hotel. Loved Lainey trying to balance her love of mystery solving with having to be around her former partner & frenemy.

I love Faith but she and Vaughn are just big boundaries ignorers. My favorite thing in this book is Anthony Kirakis her father who is just such a badass.
