For something more serious, there's Ladykiller in a Bind, though there's not many options there. It's more story oriented.

I guess it depends on how you define important. Trials in Tainted Space and Corruption of Champions 2 both heavily integrate sex into the story though a lot of it is inconsequential. Some of it does make a huge difference though like whether or not certain NPCs will ever speak to you again.
