If you kick a rock outside you probably aren't paying much mind to the bugs living underneath. It's much the same to her, she's not malicious, she's just doing it out of boredom. That being said, Earth is still very lucky she took an interest before deciding to treat the planet like a stress ball.

She wouldn't understand the meaning of a hug to begin with but she'd probably do it back to experience it :)

She's never interacted with another sentient being before so there would be some initial confusion, but she'd likely be friendly if not indifferent. Her mind works a bit differently in regards to language, she can pick up on words naturally. She'd consider shifting size to accommodate too!
