Yup, Samsung seems to do some werid stuff with charging. Only specific cables working, "overloading" USB-ports on my PC, only certain chargers working, my generic powerbank had to be switched for a Samsung one. Turning off fast charging helped a lot, but ultimately I just went back to other brands.
