When I was in the 7th grade our Sunday school teacher was teaching us to read the Bible publicly. He emphasized pre-reading and understanding the context of what you were going to publicly read.
He asked me to read 1 Samuel 18:25 -27.Of course I did not prepare as taught and stumbled in my reading.

We have a saying in KY: “Weight broke the bridge.” Usually quoted when you are in “wait” mode for a rain.
Senator Legion is a “no” from me.
My uncle taught me: “If you go to a family reunion and you are not embarrassed by someone in your family, just know, there is someone embarrassed about you!”
I read: unlimited “rap” zone, and my brain was amazed. So I read again slowly.
China's electrification bet is paying off. Electricity now accounts for 30% of its energy consumption - 50% higher than the US or Europe.
With 1/3 of global renewable energy capacity already installed, China is structurally more insulated from rising oil prices than most Western economies.

My first new tractor was a 1979 IH 1086.
Paid $22,500.00 for it, complete with duals and front weights.
I sold it to a guy that has an IH parts yard. Always look for it when I drive by.
Sitting next to guy at a grower meeting, said he bought the tractor from the parts yard, it is still running!

Trinity set the bar on being cool. I was living in Brasilia, Brasil in 1971, when this movie came out. My best friend Fransisco saw the movie before I did. He came to my house excited about the story. He acted and narrated the entire movie out in our carport. We went and saw it multiple times!

I am using HomeGrid batteries. You can google them.
We live at the end of the grid in the SW corner of the county.
We have our solar panels installed, that save solar DC current, to an inverter, to batteries, and then power the house. Just got it online March 12th. Sells my excess to the grid. So far on spring days we are using all we collect.
New 100 HP tractor on the Ponderosa. I think I am in love with this little one!
The Arcane Texas Fact of the Day: 160 years ago today, on April 1, 1866, Jesse Chisholm commenced his first cattle drive up the famous trail that would be named after him. Over the next 17 years, five million cattle and one million mustangs would follow. Here's an 1873 map of it.
That nationwide jump in diesel is something else. And in California, where a lot of trains and trucks begin their trips to deliver millions of containers from Asia, it's $7.50/gal for trucks and something less (but still elevated) for trains. /AAA
