A sexual abuse survivor speaks out today as foul Right Wing racists try to scream over her.
"I stand in solidarity with survivors of sexual assault and I stand in solidarity with Refugees."
So right.

Well, Jaws is objectively a better movie than CE3K. The latter is great in places but does drag itself towards the conclusion, whereas Jaws is just preposterous brilliant.
I think we should be told. (Although surprises are also good...)
Hideous.
No pain no... frightful bore (4, 4)
I think "to monk/to have been monked" should enter the English language. Emma always does such a brilliant job on dismantling headlines
Think that tells us all we ever need to know about you! ;-)
Hat, I am reliably informed, has some other illustrious pseudonyms.
Knut, Julius, Magnus...
Welcome to the Guardian @knutcrosswords.bsky.social - it's been far too long waiting for you!
It is only 289 days since Ariel made her Guardian Daily Cryptic debut on 2nd July last year, to be followed by Alia, Serenos, Ramsay, Pavo, Budmo and now Hat. This is by some distance a record - there have never before been 7 new setters inside a calendar year.
Just one week after Budmo joined the Daily Cryptic Crew, Hat has become the 95th Daily Cryptic setter for the Guardian and the 122nd in all Guardian formats. Welcome!
Enjoyed this very much - look forward to seeing you again soon.

Immigration enriches our society and benefits our economy. Changing settlement rules will have financial consequences for us all - this video explains why and how. If truth matters to you when it comes to immigration pass it on.
All data quoted in this video from Migration Advisory Committee.
Keir Starmer calls for a closer economic relationship with the EU: "Brexit did deep damage to the economy.
"The opportunities we now have to strengthen our security and cut the cost of living are simply too big to ignore."
It's 4- or maybe even 5-D chess, sure enough.
Trump claims that "other countries will also be involved" in the US blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. Er, yeah. Iran are already doing it. What are the US and the others going to do - blockade the blockade to make it doubly blocked? Fucking moron.
Really hope Vance turns up to campaign for Reform
This win by Peter Magyar is far better than most imagined.
Particularly because Orban conceded so quickly.
But the real question is - does he have a super-majority? Because if so... that revolutionises what he can do.
And Trump & Putin are the big losers from this. Here's why. 👇
Welcome to the Guardian Daily Crossword, Budmo! Following 7 Quick Cryptics and 3 Quiptics they have become the 94th named setter to make the big stage.

I don't think he qualifies for the "acting like an intelligent person" part.
Matt Goodwin.
Today's Guardian Crossword is Vulcan's 200th - he's the 21st to reach this milestone and the 6th fastest (faster than either Rufus or Paul). Congratulations!

Happy and very large crowd coming together on Park Lane for today's march against racism.
I see Question Time has reached its inevitable endgame. It was bound to happen.
Hands up who thinks Ruairi should probably be thinking about confessing to George... #TheArchers
Message to the rich - buy expert legal advice on how to pay as little tax as legally possible. Failing that, move to Dubai.
Message to the plebs - don't expect any benefits, support, properly funded public services. Suck it up losers!

Reminds me of doing a car boot sale once. I was offering a selection of small cuddly toys at a quid each. A woman wrinkled her nose at them and offered me 50p. "Which one," I asked. She looked confused. "All of them," she barked, as if she was doing me a favour for uncluttering my stall.

Went with Mrs Mitz and mini-Mitz #1 to RHS Wisley for mother's day (busy tomorrow). Beautiful afternoon, loads to see. Couldn't believe everyone was herded away at 4:30 - seemed very early with the sky cobalt blue and thousands keen to by more ice creams and merch. Ah well.
Farage standing in front of petrol forecourt sign 25P OFF WITH FARAGE REFORM UK All this fawning over Donald Trump - where has it got Nigel Farage?
Today, he is back in the rainy old UK, standing on a petrol forecourt in his faux-toff outfit, whingeing about Rachel Reeves putting fuel duty up by a few pennies - a tax that has been frozen since 2011. Besides, his mate Donald has done more in the past week to put up the price of petrol, with his continued bombing of Iran, than the chancellor. Tell that to White Van Man, Nigel.
“Farage… helped fool everyone about Brexit - which he wants to renegotiate, naturally. Surely the British people can't take this absurd man seriously again? After all, even Trump doesn't.”
Beyond time to boot Farage and his stale band of Tories off the stage.

Policy announcements, specifically, tend to come either in flurries or are drip-fed.
