Of note to previous tenants of the TC2 cluster, these new entrants WILL be affecting the network upgrade costs of all parties. Requests for these RRI generators to be studied separately were denied by PJM because PJM didn't think they could run the necessary studies fast enough.

Lots of people have been saying that this system will favor new gas plants; I put forward that a big battery system might be the most favored solution, as it has good ELCC as well as having fast commercial delivery.

The big 2 aspects are going to be ability to deliver capacity, and commercial operation date.

They want this stuff pumping energy by 2028, so that all these new data centers won't be energy constrained.
