I lost 25lb in the first 6 weeks, stayed stable for a month, gained 3 because I was doing better, now I've crashed again and I'm not hungry and feel like I never want to eat again. It's weight I actually wanted to lose but this is an extremely unhealthy way to do it.

Can anyone on here give me advice on how to eat when I'm not hungry because I'm brokenhearted and clinically depressed when all my former favorite foods remind me of my ex? Without spending a small fortune on doordashing burger king daily

So our compliance training is constantly telling us they think we're stealing 99% of the store's shrink. But I don't see that unless my staff is robotripping on the clock. I have soooo much delsym theft. It's frankly insulting.

I grew more and more disheartened seeing an uptick in masking about a week before selling out of COVID tests 2-3x faster than normal, then masks disappear again.

Thank you for caring for yourself and others, but you are unfortunately now in the minority. I stopped as a self destructive act in a depressive episode a few months ago. I work retail and the majority of people I see masked these days are regulars who do not normally mask.

Most of them probably had COVID and were out anyway

We're allowed to ask them if they need help with anything lol

The publisher has a link to purchase an ebook from Google books. I know many people (myself included) still prefer paper but I'll take an ebook in a pinch. Also it says you can email them for a print copy but idk if that's still accurate or you already tried
