Last book: Skin of the Sea was a decent ya book alas it had so many issues I couldn't enjoy it enough to want to read the second in the series.

Have you read Shelly Laurenston/G.A. Aiken? It's the same person, but under the first name she writes shifter romance, and under her second name she writes dragon shifter romance. She's a hoot and a half honestly if you need a good tropy shifter romance that'll make you laugh she has it.
I don't think it was limited. I feel like it's just so old that there unfortunately aren't many copies left. It's a hardback if that helps you find one in the future 😊
One of her lesser known books, but it's a huge one that's fun to have for collectors. You can see the pern dragon in the bottom right on the front of the book. Kinda pricy for an old book, but no kore expensive than a new hardback generally.
