On 24-25 Nov, the European Union and the African Union will celebrate the 25th anniversary of a Partnership of equals, in Luanda, Angola. The EU is a top trading & foreign investment partner of African countries. EU MS FDI in 2022 was at Euro 279 billion - while only 46 b for the US, 41 b for China.
