Sometimes I find it's nice to draw or paint some of interesting creatures we find in the real world too. Antlion Larvae are some of the strangest animals I know of.

Here is the Splitwing Drake, Inspired by real world Red Bodied Swallowtail butterflies. This design was part of a larger group of creature designs all based in a flooded grassland environment.
