Nothing makes me happier at the Fringe than a message from a national critic that they are coming to see one of my clients tonight - on only the 2nd day of the festival. I am here in this gorgeous city for the long haul until Aug 28, but today the sun has been shining in every way on KWPR & clients⭐️

Sooo... yesterday i did my ever handstand* in yoga! I got around of applause and i felt elated. Starting at 6.45am I did 2 yoga calsses including Rocket Yoga, an hour pumping iron and cycled 🚴‍♂️ 50.3km including to Dalston and back from Balham for the CLIVE press night.

*This is obviously NOT me! 😂
