I don't use these specific spices often enough to want to buy new ones of them. I only use them when I slow cook and those specific spices are used regularly enough.

I grill mainly and my grill spaces are kept elsewhere.

I mainly grill, so all my grilling spices are regularly used and new ones bought.

I really only use spices when I slow cook food. And the ones I use there are still in the cabinet because they are newish.

The oldest one is older than 2018.

The the ones there are pre-2020. So I think it might be time to move on.

1) do spices go bad?
2) shouldn't care? Ive used these all past the sell by date
3) any guesses to what the oldest spice I have here is?
