These came WAY after, in an rebrand attempt; ultimately rejected bc they were much too scary to make for good toys for the demographic.
The pitch was: Twisted monster versions of the previous set, thus the visual resemblances to the earlier aliens.

The image I drew for Iconic Comics appearance at Rose City Comic Con last week. We appreciate all of our fans ongoing and enthusiastic support- we're all so lucky!
I'm experimenting w a much "faster" technique that lets me finish image faster while still happy w the end result.
9x12" reward tier drawings from my previous release of ARC ATHENA installment.
Working w Iconic Comics pal Douglas Ernst on his book "SOUL FINDER", I drew a short segment for which these were iterated upon.
A couple of traditionally rendered images of Muppet greats, Dr Teeth and Animal.
Fun and refreshing having done digital work for the better part of my day to day.
Rendering other people's art is a great exercise in thinking about shapes and forms that are outside of my own comfort zone.
Original line art by my pal Dan Larson of YT "Secret Galaxy" fame. Great artist, stellar human being.
