Hi! Thank you for sharing these parity check matrices. In the new release of QUITS, I added a doc notebook for getting the ZX coloration circuit, given these parity check matrix files. Hope you could check out!

I just wanted to add that BB code circuit here seems to implement the code-capacity-level error model, where CX gates are error-prone, so the distance=12 result wouldn't be the circuit distance.
