Depression doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes ts is just ignoring the texts you'd normally care about. It's losing interest in your favorite hobbies for "no reason". It's being EXHAUSTED after doing... virtually nothing. It's going numb instead of feeling pain when more things go wrong.

This is how I also feel everyday with my cat Chicken. Before she passed away in 2021, we were like best friends. She loved me and I loved her so much. There's not a day where I don't think about her and cry. I miss her so much
