Nordic countries have tended to have small majorities, but once inside, shifts heavily in favor.

Norway’s government will take over the planning from local authorities for what is touted to be Europe’s largest documented occurrence of rare earth elements.
Trump is almost certainly referring to threats of civilizational annihiliation (nukes) he would use. Just like we've seen in Iran.

We should repeat this every day: russia is intentionally, deliberately, murdering Ukrainian children, day after day, for the sheer pleasure of it.
We can never forgive this—and above all, we have no right to forgive it.
These crimes will haunt the russians—all russians—for as long as they exist.
This is a key point btw.
People think security means preventing Russian tanks from making it across the channel. Not that simple.
Britain gets much of its energy from
Norway (shares a border with Russia), and half of its food from abroad. You don’t need to be at war to feel the consequences of war.
Vance admits that Trump’s blockade is an act of economic terrorism against the entire world.
Orban owns the media. He controls the information environment. He rigged the electoral system to make defeat next-to impossible. The govt of the most powerful country on earth tried to bribe Hungarian voters in his favour. It didn't work.
‘Hungary, Europe!’ Spontaneous chant I just heard on streets of Budapest … Supermajority means Tisza really can dismantle the Orban system… and Orban has conceded… It will be a tough road ahead but truly hard to imagine a better result… I’ll be writing about it soon…
Terrorist and former "people's governor of Donbas," Pavel Gubarev, confirmed that the so-called "uprising" in Ukraine's Donbas in 2014 was entirely funded and coordinated by Moscow and carried out with Russia's military involvement.
With Hungarian elections on the horizon, EU leaders are finally recognizing that this is not simple veto politics, but a sustained strategy of undermining—and instrumentalizing—European integration in ways that benefit both Putin and Trump. Long overdue.

The President is threatening to wipe out an entire civilization.
Congress is on recess.
This is a total collapse of American moral leadership — at a historic scale.
Vance hails Orbán as Europe's 'single most profound leader in Europe' on energy security JD Vance continues by saying “there are so many things we could point to” in terms of US-Hungarian cooperation, as he hails Orbán as “the single profound leader in Europe on the question of energy security and independence.” He then again openly criticises other EU leaders, saying that “it is funny to watch prime ministers and leaders in some of the western European capitals talk about the energy crisis, when, frankly, they should have been following the policies of Viktor Orbán in Hungary.” “And if they had the energy crisis that they’re experiencing would be a lot less bad.” He then says: “We want Europe to be successful. We want European families to be able to afford to heat their homes and to build great things. We want Europe to be energy independent and even energy dominant, but it’s not going to be energy secure if it continues to follow the failed policies of the past. And so I think Viktor has been a great example, and charting a course that could lead to a better, more prosperous and more energy secure Europe.”
As much as he is there to endorse Orban, Vance is there to attack the EU. The EU, he says, should be more like Orban, i.e. dependent on Russia for energy and willing to sell out other democracies to appease Putin.

We do not object to this type of election interference.
Pete Hegseth publicly promised to execute Iranian prisoners of war. If that’s what happens to these American pilots, he will share the blame
Worth noting that Donald Trump just announced the end of NATO and the Special Relationship in one tweet.
Viktor Orban is waging cognitive warfare on a scale no one else has tried before. "Emotions are high because the stakes are high. If he succeeds, he will once again blaze a path that others will follow. And if he loses, an era comes to an end."

TISZA DECIDED VOTERS - Median survey March 25, 2026 58% TISZA 35% FIDESZ
Peter Magyar’s TISZA has widened its lead over Orban's Fidesz to 23 points, up from a 20-point lead in February.
18 days to the election.
Trump's touch carries the stench of death. His allies across Europe are getting hammered in the shadow of Iran: Spain, France, Slovenia, Italy. Suddenly the European far-right looks vulnerable inews.co.uk/opinion/sten...
I can understand if @flysas.com has to hold their nose and buy Starlink wifi from Elon Musk if it's the best service for their customers.
But to *market* it as Starlink wifi...?
- No President can make us remember what is best in us. But if the man you have chosen can help make a difference; if he can celebrate the quieter, deeper successes that are made not of gold and silk, but of better hearts and finer souls; if he can do these things, then he must.
George H.W. Bush
This is completely unbearable. But also like… why are his insane ramblings never summarized like this in the media? We gotta wait for a substack guy to put it together like this?

Trump is screaming at Europe that he will never defend it. Time for Europe to just accept this and move on.
We as Americans cannot fathom how profoundly destabilizing Trump’s insane Greenland saber-rattling was to European allies. It was a rupture that will never be fully repaired — and yet America has already forgotten it.
How far can you get in 60 minutes? European cities offer vastly larger areas reachable by public transit than US cities of comparable population size. Source: lconwell.github.io/lucasconwell...
